Personal Project – Pregnancy Timeline
I was sitting at my desk thinking about what to write for my next blog post. It hit me that perhaps you might like to know a bit about me so I’ve created a bit of a personal project.
I’m going to show you my own personal pregnancy timeline. I did this every 4 weeks starting at 16 weeks with the help of my husband and son. I firstly chose a max dress because this type of clothing is firstly super comfortable when you are pregnant and secondly it knew it was going to stretch with my belly as it grew. It’s great to wear the same clothes in all of your pregnancy timeline sessions as it really enhances your gorgeous pregnant belly. My husband was behind the camera and took these photos for me. I left it on a tripod so he literally just had to press the shutter to take the photo.
I took photos with my 3 year old as well as by myself. It was so much fun including him as part of this. When I was 34 weeks I then did a full pregnancy photography session with my little family. It was nice to capture photos of my husband and son with me during this special time. I had to set my camera on a timer to capture these photos. I’d go back check and then reset it.
I really loved being able to capture my own pregnancy timeline as it has made these photos all the more special to me, capturing the connections between my family and being able to add my own personal touch on each of the photos.
Pregnancy timelines only take 5-10 minutes in the studio in Pakenham every 4 weeks. They are just so special as you often don’t notice how much your bump is growing until you compare it to the weeks before. I’d be happy to capture this special time with you and your little family……memories fade but photographs last a lifetime.
